Military Personnel Services Division

Purpose:
To support the personnel needs of every soldier.

 
Mission:  
To provide an efficient and accurate “streamline” approach to support all personnel actions through the multiple integrated systems. 

 
Overview:  
To maintain SIDPERS (Standard Installation/Division Personnel System) database of record for all personnel actions, update and maintain all personnel records electronically on iPERMS (Personnel Electronic Records Management System), ensure all service members and their families are enrolled in DEERS/RAPID (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System) in accordance with AF136-302(l), create and update retirement points records in RPAM (Retirement Points Accounting Management), issue twenty year letters, process retirement pay applications, and serve as record custodian for discharged and retired soldiers record.

 
Note: 
All updates to soldier’s record must be submitted through their unit of assignment for processing to the Personnel Services Center (SIDPERS/DEERS/RAPIDS/RPAM/IPERMS).

Requesting Documents:
To request copies of documents from your record, submit completed Standard Form 180 for processing. 

 
Deers/Rapids:
Two forms of identification are required in order to receive a military ID.

  • Marriage certificates
  • Birth certificates
  • Valid drivers license
  • Social Security card
  • US official passport
  • Divorce decree
  • Territory/State ID cards
  • VA ID cards
 
Eligibility
Spouse, Children (step-children), Wards (adoption/legal custody), children less than ten years old, children ten years or older, children ages 21-23 enrolled full time in an accredited resident college or university.

M – F 8:00am – 5:00pm
