CHILD & YOUTH PROGRAM

•The goal of the Virgin Islands National Guard Youth Program is to provide guard youth with an opportunity to acquire and improve valuable life skills (i.e., team work, leadership, collaboration, responsibility, confidence, etc.) as well as build on their connections with other guard youths throughout the territory.  A wide range of activities are held and facilitated throughout the year.  Some events may be hosted or co-hosted with our community partners.
 

Programs and Events include:
► Teen Council
► Youth Symposiums
► Summer Camps (St. Thomas and St. Croix)
► 4-H Club
► Teen MRT for youths 11 years and older
► School Based Activities
► Family Wellness Activities such as, hikes, snorkeling clinics, crafting


• The Lead Child & Youth Program Coordinator (LCYPC) plans and prepares activities and events to engage service members and their families in joint community partnerships.  The LCYPC is available to answer any questions regarding the Virgin Islands National Guard Youth Program.  Please see SFP Brochure for contact information.
