Vision and Mission Statement: 

To provide total force members with measureable and effective services while improving on best practices for the Virgin Islands Air National Guard (VIANG).   To help customers prioritize their concerns and needs and assist them in understanding what resources or new behaviors will enable them to cope with life’s issues.  We commit to integrating a cross flow of communication to educate, inform, and counsel individuals, optimizing a unique skill set to position our airman and families foremost today for tomorrow’s challenges. 
 
 
The AFRPM Office offers individual and group sessions for the core services in the circle for the Virgin Islands Air National Guard and their families.The AFRPM works closely with the Virgin Islands National Guard Joint Base for resources and providers as well as providers in the community.
